Liverpool's Divock Origi nets last-minute winner to edge Wolves

They left it late, but Divock Origi came off the bench and scored a last-minute winner to edge past Wolverhampton Wanderers, 1-0. The victory put the Reds top of the Premier League after Chelsea's earlier defeat at West Ham.
